Our firm uses Law Enforcement Grade VSA (Voice Stress Analyzers) Systems.  We use one of the most advanced VSA systems, the VIPRE VSA, which runs on the Windows 10 Operating System using touch screen technology.  This is one of the fastest VSA Systems on the market.  The operational features of the VIPRE VSA allows us to run more exams in less time, and maintain accuracy and quality.  We also have access to other Voice Stress Analyzers upon request.

The majority of employee related exams must comply with the Employee Polygraph Protection Act (EPPA). The EPPA outlines the terms  & conditions in regards to exams regarding theft of property or funds in an employment setting.  Per the EPPA you cannot conduct  Pre-Employment exams for General Employment purposes. The EPPA exemptions include pre employment as it relates to law enforcement, fire/rescue, armored car companies, pharmaceutical, and alarm system installation and monitoring services. It is important to note any Employee working for a private business does not have to submit to ANY lie detector test, and cannot be disciplined or terminated if he/she refuses an exam. Our firm provides all the necessary paperwork for these exams pursuant with EPPA requirements
 
The VIPRE VSA is primarily designed for in person truth verification exams, just like the computerized polygraph. The VIPRE VSA can  also be used by your company to telephonically analyze stress in conversations, or analyze previous conversations that were taped on a legal basis.. We do not administer traditional  VIPRE VSA  exams over the telephone. The best results are obtained when the exams are conducted one on one in the office. Covert and structured VIPRE VSA exams are provided to companies and professionals  on a case by case basis and pursuant with applicable state and federal law.

All exams are conducted by Certified Examiners with Business Experience. Our staff is also educated and trained in HR - Human Resource Management issues as to provide a higher level of service. All exams are conducted within strict legal guidelines in terms of state and federal laws and fully compliant with the EPPA.
